Best international practices identify junior development as a critical component for high performance success. Identifying and nurturing talent via the club and competitive structure is another common factor of successful tennis nations. We are in the process of developing a comprehensive system to recruit, identify, nurture and track athletic, talented youngsters to our sport. The club structure and national training centres will play key roles in this strategy.
